Logical Resources Trades Ltd is one of the fastest growing national recruitment agencies, from forming in 2001, Logical has grown from being a regional supplier to a national supplier of workers across multiple industry sectors. A dynamic recruitment business led by a team of experienced consultants, top performing managers and award wining directors. We supply some of the UK largest brands including NG Bailey, Edmund Nuttals, Interserve, Norwest Holst, Persimmon Homes, Birse stc. Logical are now looking to strengthen its position in the Trades, Technical, Construction and M&E industries in both blue and white collar. We are now looking for consultants and senior consultants to join our existing offices in Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Cardiff and London.
You will be working in an office with a bright, ambitious team in a very fast paced and energetic environment and recruiting on behalf of some of the UK's most recognisable brands.
Your role;
Developing new business
Working and account managing existing clients
Attending client meetings and candidate interviews
Training and development of staff as role progresses
