Location: : Manchester City Centre - Manchester
Rate: £ 20 to £ 25 K (full-time (per year)) + 21 days holiday,Christmas shutdown, healthcare and generous commission
A boutique international company, who provides a fully comprehensive recruitment service for property facilities management and construction professionals, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their facilities management young dynamic team in Manchester. Since formation, the company have become one of the world leaders in this specialist consultancy field, boasting the largest dedicated property recruitment team globally.
We have established offices throughout the UK, Asia and Australia and employ over 100 staff. Our success is directly attributable to the calibre and dedication of the people who work within each team along with our high levels of professionalism, service and commitment.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
• Work in a team of 16 people.
• Work from a database of candidates.
• Speak to clients and focus on developing relationships.
• Develop new candidates
• Gain repeat business.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Permanent recruitment experience within a professional market.
• Business development focus and experience
• Self starter used to establishing and achieving on own steam
• Professional.
In return you will receive a salary of £18,000 - £22,000 depending on skills and experiences with an OTE of £50,000 plus 21 days holiday along with Christmas shutdown, healthcare and generous commission. Commission is paid quarterly.
