Senior Consultant/Divisional Manager

Rate: to £ 25 K (full-time (per year))
My Client is looking for a senior consultant/divisional manager to lead 2 resourcers in developing both the UK and International Pharmaceutical markets. The Company are looking for a Recruiter who has gained their experience in a technical field, and therefore will also be able to develop the Company’s presence in additional markets such as Oil and Gas, Water or Energy.
The Company was established as an additional division to a successful PLC in 1996, this Company remain an integral part of their parent company and benefit from a robust back-office infrastructure and 21 years of recruitment industry experience. The Company are Recruitment specialists for the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical and Energy industries. The Company’s focus is solidly based on quality, and they continue to place a strong emphasis on a meticulous approach to recruitment.
As a Senior Consultant/Divisional Manager you will:
• Manage a team of 2
• Focus on business development
• Promote and maintain professional relationships with clients and contacts in the pursuit of new and continued business partnerships
• Work with the Business Manager to identify and secure new ventures and opportunities
• Ensure that all practice undertaken is compliant with legislation and within the parameters of recognised good practice.
The Ideal Consultant will have:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical recruitment
• Experienced in consistently developing new business opportunities
• Professional and consistent in approach
• Organised
In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 depending on skills and experiences with a generous OTE (uncapped). You will benefit from a car allowance, up to 25 days holiday,
