Our client, have a vacancy for an experienced Motor Trade Senior Service Advisor.
A customer service advisor deals directly with customers, scheduling service work to their vehicles and informing them of any additional repairs required
As a service advisor you will need to demonstrate:
•A professional manner both in person and on the telephone
*Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills
•The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand
•The ability to use the latest version of Kerridge computer systems
•Take ownership of issues to ensure that they are dealt with to the satisfaction of the customer
•Effective explanation of service invoices to customers
•The ability to build sound and long term relationships with customers
This is a very busy front counter. You will be directly responsible for the effective performance of the counter. You will be a good coach and develop those around you to bring them up to your high standards. As well as customer facing skills you must be able to command the respect of those around you by remaining calm in demanding circumstances.
The position is tough yet extremely fulfilling and provides the opportunity for a long stable and rewarding career.
